Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are handmade and 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

UK Shipping We ship within the UK using Evri. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders over £40.

International Shipping We ship internationally using tracked services. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Cost Refunds If you have been overcharged for shipping, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us confirming the discrepancy. Please contact us with your order number if you believe this has happened.

Custom and Personalised Orders Items that have been customised — including specific colour choices, names, or any personalisation — are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is because custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For example, if you order a clicker in purple, that item is made to your specification and cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or damaged.

If your custom item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
