Our Products All items are handmade and 3D printed to order. As each item is made individually, there may be slight variations in colour or finish — this is part of the handmade nature of our products and not a defect.

Custom and Personalised Orders Custom orders (including specific colours, names, or other personalisation) are made exclusively for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.
